This 800 square foot oasis can easily accommodate up to six people. The Hemlock Cottage has been professionally decorated in a casual, country style and includes details like Persian throw rugs. The mural of the majestic heron, painted by a local artist brings nature indoors. The wood and slate floors are beautiful as well as fuss-free, ensuring quick and easy clean-up. This cottage is ideal for a family getaway or a couples retreat.   You have to experience Hemlock Cottage.  Children get so excited to feed the chickens, and take so much interest in the neighbouring sheep.  Swimming pool, childrens playground, and frisbee golf, all set this property apart from anything available on Pender.

During warm weather, guests enjoy an 18 x 42 foot heated swimming pool with lots of lying-about space, and a communal fire pit under a large gazebo. Guests share use of a 14-foot motor boat on a replace the gas you use basis. There is a children's play area, lots of open lawn space, a hobby farm where you may purchase fresh eggs and veggies in season, horses and sheep to admire.   

If you arrive by boat, you may tie up at the 100-foot dock by pre-arrangement. You may also arrive by scheduled floatplane service. Beaumont Marine Park, Port Browning and Poet's Cove (formerly Bedwell Harbour Resort) are only a short boat ride away. Add 2000 feet of shoreline coves and beaches, acres of hiking opportunities and a disc golf course, and the only thing you’ll wish for is another visit.
